Yes, The Griff is a pet-friendly apartment community in Charlotte, NC. We welcome up to two pets per apartment with a combined weight limit of 85 pounds. A $350 one-time pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent apply. Veterinary documentation, including your pet's breed, estimated adult weight, and current vaccination records, is required before move-in. Qualified service animals are always welcome without pet fees or monthly pet rent!

Yes. Every one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment comes equipped with an in-home washer and dryer, so residents can handle laundry without leaving home.
